Prof. Kishore Kothapalli

Professor & Dean (Academics), Faculty In-Charge, DFL

Prof. Kishore Kothapalli serves as the Faculty In-Charge of the Division of Flexible Learning, leading with a commitment to excellence in education and innovation. As Dean (Academics) and a distinguished professor, he brings extensive experience in both academic leadership and cutting-edge research in parallel and distributed computing.

Dr. Mathimalar S

Head of DFL, IIIT Hyderabad

Dr. Mathimalar serves as the Head of DFL, bringing extensive academic experience and research expertise to the division. She oversees academic program coordination, ensuring quality and excellence in all educational offerings.

Dipayan Ghosh

Executive – Content & Design

Dipayan Ghosh serves as an Executive – Content & Design, Division of Flexible Learning (DFL), providing operational and technical support to ensure the smooth execution of academic programs, recordings, and outreach activities. His work in video production, content preparation, scheduling, and coordination supports effective delivery of both online and offline learning components. Logistics support is provided for specific programs when required.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and segment lecture videos, remove noise/silence, and create topic-wise timestamps
Follow end-to-end video workflow, including file handling, server processes, and Drive-based editing
Assist in copying, compressing, organizing, and transferring large video files
Support recording sessions and studio coordination
Create reels, thumbnails, subtitles, demo videos, and promotional content
Design FAQs, posters, and other visual materials
Plan academic schedules, recording timelines, and live sessions
Manage attendance, documentation, and course participation records
Provide program-specific logistics and administrative support when needed
Coordinate with faculty, technical teams, and staff for smooth operations

His multidisciplinary skills in content production, coordination, and academic support help maintain efficient workflows while ensuring reliable assistance to faculty, learners, and program stakeholders.

Senior Executive – Administration

Prakash Kumar serves as a Senior Executive – Administration, Division of Flexible Learning (DFL), ensuring smooth coordination between students, accounts, IT, and academic teams. He plays a key role in managing admissions processes, payment tracking, and student communication to support seamless program operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle admissions and respond to student queries through email and calls
Handles the accounts and expenditure of DFL
Follow up with the Accounts team for payment status and receipt confirmation
Coordinate with IT and Accounts teams regarding payment updates
Share payment receipts and enrolment confirmations with students
Conduct enrolment follow-up calls and assist students through the admission process
Monitor and track payment records and related documentation
Participate in internal meetings and online sessions for operational alignment

His proactive coordination, attention to detail, and consistent follow-ups ensure timely payment processing, clear student communication, and efficient administrative workflows within the division.

Sai Aditya Bodavala

Senior Executive – Marketing

Sai Aditya Bodavala serves as a Senior Executive – Marketing, Division of Flexible Learning (DFL), driving promotional strategies and ensuring seamless course operations through the Learning Management System (LMS). He plays a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns, optimizing LMS workflows, and supporting student enrolment growth for online programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing campaigns for DFL programs, including digital promotions, webinars, and lead generation
Manage LMS operations (course ops), including content updates, user access, and platform troubleshooting
Develop and execute strategies to boost course visibility, enrolment, and student engagement
Collaborate with academic, IT, and admissions teams for integrated campaign and operational support
Analyse campaign performance and LMS metrics to refine marketing efforts and improve user experience
Align marketing with program goals

With over 5 years of experience in B2B EdTech sales, marketing, and customer support, Sai's strategic vision, data-driven approach, and hands-on expertise ensure impactful campaigns, efficient LMS operations, and sustained growth for DFL programs.
